The impact of work pressures on the performance of workers in the application to the branches of the Nile Bank in the states of Kordofan

Abstract
The study dealt with the impact of work pressures on the performance of employees by applying the Nile Bank branches in Kordofan states. The study aimed to identify the impact of work pressures on the performance of employees by applying the Nile Bank branches in Kordofan states. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was designed to collect data, as it was directed to employees working in Nile Bank branches in Kordofan states. The study population consisted of (107) individuals, and (83) questionnaires were distributed. A number of (79) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, with a rate of (95.18%), and its items were selected through the inventory method. The results of the study: There is a relationship with a partial effect between work stress and the performance of workers after (production and productivity), and there is a relationship with a partial effect between work stress and the performance of workers after (efficiency and effectiveness). The most important recommendations of the study: the need to provide advanced training for leaders and administrators in order to raise their skills and abilities so that production and productivity can be improved, the need for training to reduce anxiety resulting from lack of knowledge of work or lack of skills that result in poor performance.
