The study aims to analyze the data of a survey, this survey is looking to define the determining factors for administrative empowerment practices in the economic companies of the state of Sétif, estimated at 15 company. the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the upper cadre, which is estimated at 150 individual, using the statistical processing by program SPSS and AMOS, in a method of factor analysis (exploratory and confirmatory).
The study concluded that there almost completely match between the hypothetical model and the field model of study, with identifying five factors go into building administrative empowerment practices (team building, learning and training, staff motivation, Connection, sharing information and independence).
