This study aimed to show the impact of job security (psychological security, job stability, incentives and compensation, work relations) on the organizational commitment in Algeria Telecommunications Corporation in Laghouat. The adopted results are as follow: that is a significant impact of job security on organizational commitment, in addition to the presence of significant differences in the attitudes of the sample members about job security and organizational commitment due to the position variable. Finally, the study recommended the need to develop methods that would to raise the level of job security, which enhance the level of organizational commitment
