Abstract

This study aims to highlight the impact of the success factors of the ERP system application on the improvement of the performance of the company Nagos Beverage and Canning. Dimensions of the dependent variable: employee satisfaction, sales growth, increase market share, profit growth. The method used in this study was the descriptive analytical method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed which consisted of 45 items, where 70 questionnaires were processed by the statistical program SPSS V25, Using numerous statistical methods , the study concluded that there is great interest in the success factors of ERP system application, and that the dominant ERP application success factor in the enterprise is the compatibility between the ERP system and company operations, and the study also found that there is also an Interest in improving performance, The index of performance improvement that prevails in the company is the employee satisfaction index Finally, the study concludes that performance improvement is affected by three factors, namely training, change and reengineering of the company.
