The reality of agricultural sector in Algeria and the extent of its contribution to promoting agricultural exports Empiricul study using the ARDL approch during the period (1990-2021)

Abstract

This study aims at highlight the importance of developing the agricultural sector  in order to activate the promotion of agricultural exports by working to develop the components   of both agricultural investment and production, in addition to identify the short and long-term relationship between these two, as they are the most important elements of agricultural development, and agricultural exports based on the self regression model to estimate  the relationship between these variables.

The econometric study reached to detect a long-term equilibrium relationship between the agricultural exports and explanatory variables which confirms the effective role played by the agricultural sector in promoting agricultural exports.
